Week 3 / Adapting

This week is about preparation. You’ll plan ahead to make your chosen meal easy to prepare and repeat. You’ll also start tracking small wins and identify any possible obstacles.
Steps:
Block time for grocery shopping and meal prep.
Make sure you have the ingredients and tools you need.
Choose how you want to track your progress (e.g., food journal, app, checklist).

This is your test week. You’ll practice making your meal consistently and reflect on what’s working and what’s not. You'll define what success looks like for you, and build a backup plan just in case.
Steps:

Define your “done”: Is it prepping? Cooking? Eating at a certain time?
Make a Plan B (e.g., a faster version, store-bought backup, or freezer-friendly option).
