HEALTH COACH

Not particularly active as a teen, when I turned 20 I met someone who embodied vitality and radiant health in a way I'd never seen before, and I wanted that for myself. So began a lifetime journey to discover what keeps us feeling really 'alive' and 'well.' I was never one for extremes; I just wanted to feel really good with a clear mind, strong body, and a confident and positive mindset.

I practiced yoga, meditation, weight training, cycling, swimming and running. I walked many miles and enjoyed being outdoors with good company and conversation. Focused on nutrition, I dabbled with different approaches. Injuries taught me the patience to heal. When pain kept me out of the gym, the water was an amazing medium to explore freedom of movement.

As an Occupational Therapy professional of 25 years, my work with adults with traumatic brain injury, and other neurological and orthopedic impairments, continued to teach me more about what is possible.

I'm inspired by their heroic journeys and the wonder of continued transformation and growth. As a board-certified health and wellness coach for the past several years, I continue to be inspired by the question, 'What's possible now?'
