HEALTH COACH / FITNESS TRAINER

I’m a health coach and personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping people move better, become stronger, and build lasting habits. Before coaching, I spent ten years as a competitive cross-country and track athlete. That’s where I first fell in love with endurance, grit, and training with purpose.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Allied Health with a concentration in Exercise Science. I’m also certified as a Behavior Change Specialist and Weight Management Specialist. My approach is practical and personalized. I believe health that supports your life, not takes it over. I focus on mindset, movement, and consistent habits that work in real life.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me outside trail running, rowing, walking my dog, hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, or kayaking. I live for movement, fresh air, and keeping things simple.
